Booking
Conditions:
1.
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit of 25% has been
received. This deposit is Non refundable.
2. The final balance is due 60 days prior
to arrival at the property.
3. Cancellations will only be accepted in
writing and from the date of cancellation, the cancellation
costs to the renter will be calculated as follows:-
More than 90 days prior to arrival – The non-refundable
booking deposit (25%) only
Cancellation between 89 and 60 days prior to arrival - 50%
of total invoice cost
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival - 75%
of total invoice cost
Cancellation less than 29 days prior to arrival - 100% of
total invoice cost
4. All baggage, including personal items,
is at all times and under all circumstances, at the owner’s
risk.
5. The accommodation is booked exclusively
for the persons named on the booking form. No other persons
may use the accommodation, under any circumstances, without
express permission.
6. Smoking is expressly forbidden inside
the villas
7. In the unlikely event of there being any
problem with the accommodation on arrival or during the period
of residency, our local managing agent must be informed immediately,
so that action can be taken to correct same. If for any reason
renters are not happy with the response they receive from
the local representative, they should immediately contact
us in the UK (01787 462058).
If you receive an answerphone response, please leave a message
and we will respond as soon as possible. DO NOT wait until
the end of your stay to report any difficulties, as we will
not accept responsibility for problems not reported when first
encountered.
8. We will not accept liability for loss
of mains services such as electricity or water supplies, nor
the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who
may control the supply of mains services, nor any action taken
in the vicinity of the property, by any authority over which
we have no control.
9. A security deposit of $500 will be taken.
This can be by credit card paid to us prior to your departure
or alternatively cash paid to the local representative. The
villa will be inspected by the local representative on departure
and provided that the villa has been left in a clean and tidy
condition and that no loss or damage has occurred, the cash
deposit will be returned to you there and then. Any credit card
deposit paid to us prior to your departure will be returned,
as soon as possible, pending receipt of our local representative’s
departure report.
10. Renters agree to conform to all notice,
rules and instructions in and around the villa.
We reserve the right to interrupt occupancy in the event of
the non-fulfilment or breach of these rules, instructions
and booking conditions.
11.
Renters use our properties at their own risk. We will not
be held responsible for any loss, injuries or deaths sustained
whilst in residence. Swimming pool rules must be adhered to
and children should not be allowed to use the pools without
adult supervision.
12. We accept no responsibility for, and
shall therefore not be liable in respect of any delays, loss,
or damage to persons or personal property, caused by force
majeure events such as strikes, fire, flood, closure of airports,
weather conditions or any other events beyond our control.
